Blue Diamond Pools has the knowledge and experience to backup all work that is performed.  We will not only explain what is going on with your system, but also explain what we can do to possibly prevent the problem from reoccurring.  As part of our service we take a proactive approach in repairing, troubleshooting possible problems.  The reason for the proactive approach is to prevent your pools down time as well as to prevent more problems than are necessary. We believe that preventative maintenance is the key to a well maintained pool.

Most other pool companies have to hire outside pool repair technicians to repair your pool equipment.  What this means to you, is the insecurities of not knowing who is in your back yard and what experience the may or may not have to do a professional job.

Blue Diamond Pools is an Authorized Dealer by every major pool equipment manufacture.  This means, when Blue Diamond Pools sells and installs your equipment, you get a  extended warranty above and beyond the standard manufacture warranty. 

" As needed"

Some pool companies give you a list of things that are only done on an " As needed basis."  The problem with the "as needed " comment, is that it seems to be a way for some service people to take shortcuts and never do the things they should be doing on a regular basis.  For example; brushing your pool, checking your equipment, cleaning your screens and leaf catcher baskets.

Blue Diamond Pools has eliminated the term "On As Needed Basis", it's either part of the service you pay for or its not.  It's that Simple  !!

Our Research

In an effort to keep you up to date, we do research on products and chemicals on a regular basis.  This is to help insure that we are using the safest chemicals and best equipment.  Blue Diamond Pools well never use any chemical in your pool that has not been used in our own pool.  We will never sell you anything that we have not used, tested or researched. If for some reason we don't know about a product you have heard about, we will find out.  If it's a new product we will try it first.  Never feel like what you purchased is less than the best.
